FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

The Healthy Fall Festival is for individuals and families in our community, especially those who may have limited access to health care, wellness resources, and nutritious food. Everyone is welcome – children, adults, seniors, caregivers, and neighbors looking to support their health and well‑being.

The Healthy Fall Festival is part of our mission to reduce health disparities and improve access to care in underserved communities. By coming together with community partners to bring free health services, education, and resources directly into the neighborhood, we aim to empower families to take care of their health while strengthening community connection and trust.

Each year, the festival serves thousands of families by providing preventative health services, wellness education, and healthy food, helping meet immediate needs while promoting long‑term health outcomes. It also creates a welcoming space where community members, partners, and volunteers come together in service.

Organizations and businesses can participate as sponsors and/or exhibitors, helping make the event possible while connecting directly with the community. Sponsorships provide essential support for free services, resources, and wellness programming offered to families at the event.

Partnering with the Healthy Fall Festival allows organizations to demonstrate leadership in community health, align with health equity efforts, and build trusted relationships with families, schools, and local partners.

This event is for anyone who believes in health equity and community wellness- families, volunteers, advocates, and supporters who want to come together to learn, connect, and strengthen the community.

Volunteers are essential to making the festival a success. There are many ways to help- supporting event setup, welcoming and guiding guests, assisting with activities, or helping distribute materials. Every volunteer contributes to creating a warm, organized, and meaningful experience for our community. Sign up through the EHF Volunteer Registration Form.
