Equality Health Foundation is hosting its 6th Annual Healthy Fall Festival & Turkey Giveaway alongside friends and partners at Maxine O. Bush Elementary School in South Phoenix.

This FREE event is focused on health and wellness education and promises to be a great way to kick off a healthy holiday season. Attendees can participate in various educational activities and medical screenings including FREE COVID-19 testing, vaccines, and flu shots, as well as on-site mammograms, diabetes screenings and more.
