INAUGURAL Health Equity Leadership Awards

Entertain | Educate | Inspire

Equality Health Foundation is excited to announce our upcoming national fundraising event – a community concert celebrating excellence in health equity and leadership. Our mission is to level the playing field in healthcare and ensure access to health and well-being for all. We rely on the generous support of our community to make this vision a reality.

  • Entertain – We are thrilled to bring you an inaugural event that promises to be unlike any other. Join us for an evening of exceptional music by national and local entertainers and celebrity guests, set in a festive atmosphere that embodies the spirit of community, collaboration, and partnership. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
  • Educate – We are producing and publishing Public Service Announcements to raise awareness about pressing public health issues, and this year, we are spotlighting the importance of mental health.
  • Inspire – Be part of our journey to recognize and celebrate our Rhythm Awards honorees in Healthcare, Community, Education, and Business. These are the leaders and organizations who are actively removing barriers and creating pathways to well-being, inspiring us all.

About the Equality Health Foundation

The foundation’s mission is to expand access to care, accelerate health education, and eliminate healthcare inequities because everyone in our multicultural community deserves the opportunity to lead healthier and longer lives.

Featuring:
Big Mountain

Big Mountain is a reggae band best known for their remake of Peter Frampton’s, “Baby, I Love Your Way,” which became a top 10 single in the U.S. in early 1994. In 2021 they released their 8th album, Freedom, recorded in Kingston, Jamaica. This album is dedicated to raising positive energy and to helping us all feel more connected in a united culture of freedom, love, and reggae music.
