Well-Child Back-to-School Drives
We partner with healthcare providers in Arizona and Texas to support families preparing for the school year. Together, we distribute backpacks filled with essential supplies and offer well-child screenings and immunizations, promoting a healthy start to the year for our community’s youth.

Health Festivals
We host robust health festivals across Arizona, Texas, and Tennessee. These events connect residents with valuable resources, provide health education, and offer screenings—all in a welcoming atmosphere. Nutritious food is also distributed to promote healthy eating habits and community well-being.

Maternal Equity Partnerships
We collaborate with March of Dimes and other organizations to address systemic issues contributing to high maternal mortality rates among Black, Hispanic, and Native American communities. Our work aims to create an equitable landscape where all mothers and their babies receive the health and social care they deserve.

Scholarship Collaboratives
Through partnerships with public and private organizations, we offer scholarships for diverse undergraduate and graduate students to encourage careers in healthcare. One example is the Tony & Milena Astorga EXITO Scholarship Fund in Arizona, designed to foster student success and promote healthcare education.

Well-Being Transformation Initiatives
We work with partners to lead well-being transformation initiatives that improve quality of life in underserved communities, such as South Central Phoenix, where alarming 14-year life expectancy disparities and inequalities exist. Our focused efforts aim to address the social determinants of health and build healthier, thriving environments.

Community Health Equity Champions
Our Community Health Equity Champions program recognizes and supports organizations and their leaders who are making a difference in their communities. These champions focus on breaking down barriers, advocate for better healthcare access, and inspire others to take charge of their health. We provide them local and national recognition to amplify their impact.
